Frequently Asked Questions

What are your products intended for?
All products sold by Apex Peptide Source are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are not approved for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Are your products tested for purity?
We source our products from reputable manufacturers and strive to maintain high quality standards. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) may be available for select products upon request.

How should research compounds be stored?
Storage requirements vary by product. In general, lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored.

When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What if a product is out of stock?
If an item is unavailable, you can click the Request Restock button on the product page and enter your email address to be notified when inventory is replenished.

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before fulfillment.
