SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Apex Peptides LLC. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following Shipping Policy before placing an order.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Apex Peptides currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot legally or practically be shipped to the destination provided.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within one to two (1–2) business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.

Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Current standard shipping options include:

  • USPS Standard Shipping: $8.99 (estimated delivery in 3–5 business days).

  • USPS Priority Shipping: $15.00 (estimated delivery in 1–2 business days).

  • Free USPS Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of $100.00 or more.

Shipping rates and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Apex Peptides primarily ships orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). We may use other carriers at our discretion if necessary to complete delivery.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

TRACKING INFORMATION

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Apex Peptides is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at ap.apexpeptides@gmail.com. While we will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once order processing has begun.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Apex Peptides is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

If a package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, we recommend contacting USPS directly using the tracking information provided. We will assist customers in working with the carrier whenever reasonably possible.

Apex Peptides is not responsible for packages marked by the carrier as "Delivered" but subsequently lost or stolen.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery by emailing ap.apexpeptides@gmail.com.

Your email should include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the shipping package and the product(s) received.

Failure to report damaged or incorrect shipments within 48 hours may result in our inability to provide a replacement or other resolution.

RESEARCH USE PRODUCTS

All products sold by Apex Peptides are intended strictly for lawful laboratory, scientific, and educational research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or for use in or on humans or animals of any kind.

Apex Peptides reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or our Terms of Service.
