REFUND POLICY

At Apex Peptides LLC, we strive to provide high-quality research products and excellent customer service. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of products once an order has been shipped.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment preparation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at ap.apexpeptides@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that cancellation requests received after an order is placed can be accommodated.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery by emailing ap.apexpeptides@gmail.com.

Your request should include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the shipping package and the item(s) received.

If we determine that the error was caused by Apex Peptides or that the product was damaged during shipment, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Apex Peptides is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in working with the carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Apex Peptides is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for paying additional shipping charges before the order can be reshipped.

RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products sold by Apex Peptides are intended strictly for lawful laboratory, scientific, and educational research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or for use in or on humans or animals.
